Happy 4th of July!!!
As you officially enter the season of summer celebration and picnics, I'd like to challenge you to answer the following question on your road to better health:

Which picnic would your heart rather have?

Typical Picnic "A"
1 oz potato chips
1 charbroiled bratwurst on a bun
1/2 cup traditional coleslaw
1 cup traditional potato salad
Another 1 oz potato chips
2 chocolate brownies
This meal contains 1,485 calories, 90 grams of fat and 150 grams of carbohydrate!
