Zonya has reworked the recipes and tips from her Lickety-Split Meals cookbook to create Lickety-Split Diabetic Meals (published by American Diabetes Association) to help those with diabetes in their quest for a healthier, happier life. All the recipes meet the ADA’s guidelines for nutrition and taste, and include the ADA’s Choose Your Foods Exchange/Choices list.
